Shipping Policy
Shipping is only available in the US at this time.
We aim to ship all direct-from-store products within 3-5 business days. Specialty items or pre-orders, such as book boxes, will ship on a specific, predetermined date. You can keep up with announcements and shipping updates through our social media accounts and newsletter.
Return Policy
General book returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase and are managed on a case-by-case basis. Please use the contact form to submit a return request.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on book boxes or special editions that you no longer want or are interested in. Please consider donating or utilizing Marketplace to find these items a loving new home!
In the event that an item has arrived damaged, we are always happy to work with you to send a replacement as soon as possible.
